I purchased memorial plaques for my Mum and Dad and my life partner to go in my little memorial garden space with memorial roses. I ordered a sign for my sister’s cottage and I wanted a specific picture and wording on the signage to represent their cottage.
I emailed James and he was so accommodating, he sent me pictures to review, which at first were not what I wanted, but he sent more and when I was happy with the final one, he emailed me to check it over.
It is exactly what I wanted and is a beautiful sign, the workmanship is top class.
I would 100% recommend James, nothing was too much trouble, email him if you need something specific, fantastic customer service and a great price for an original product.

We have been looking for ages for something to add to a plant pot in memory of my dad. We were never able to find something that we felt was quite right. We decided to get a new house sign as the various delivery companies were having difficulty finding us. After much surfing we plummeted for this sign.The delivery really well wrapped up and protected. We were very pleased with the finished item. Just be aware the drilled hols are 2 holes in the side centre not 4 in the corners as per the photos but this was not an issue or problem for us. We are very pleased with the sign and the end to end order to delivery process

I recently purchased a wooden heart that was cut into 5 different jigsaw pieces, each piece was given to 4 of my friends and I also kept a piece. There was special engraving placed on each piece. I was so pleased with the result and with the speed in which it was delivered to me. There also were black velvet bags provided for each piece. I will be ordering another item in the future ????????
