Do you provide International delivery?

Yes, but postal charges are specific to the size, weight and country which the item(s) are being delivered to, therefore please contact us for further information and confirmed prices.

What is your returns policy?

Items that are personalised or made to order can not be returned and are excluded from our returns policy.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on the following unwanted items:

Products that have been personalised, made to order or customised to your requirements

If you have made a spelling mistake on your order and it has been sent for production. Non faulty items that are returned to us, in an unsaleable condition.

We do not cover the cost for returning the products back to us, and we recommend that you obtain a proof of postage receipt when sending the items back, as we do not accept responsibility for products lost or damaged in the post.

When will I get my refund?

We will not confirm that we have received your returned parcel. Upon receipt of your items it will take up to 14 working days to process. Refunds will be made back to the payment method used to make your purchase. Refunds can take up to 5 working days to appear in your account once processed.

CANCELLATIONS

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us within 4 hours. Unfortunately, if we have already begun processing your order, we are unable to cancel it, and you will be liable for the cost of returning the unwanted items. Items that are personalised or made to order cannot be cancelled once production has begun, and are excluded from our returns policy.

How do I track my order?

Once orders have been dispatched customers will receive a confirmation email. If orders have not been received within 5 working days, then please contact us directly so we may resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

How can I contact your couriers?

What are your delivery options?

Our products will be dispatched 2nd class in most cases unless otherwise requested. First Class, Next Day and Recorded delivery will be charged accoringly on a case by case basis. All postal charges are based upon single items or multiple items under the weight of 2kg. Multiple items above this threshold will be charged accordingly

What do I do if my goods are faulty?

If the product you have ordered is faulty, you have 30 days to return it back to us. Please contact us within 5 working days to notify us and we will provide you with the return address.

If you have a faulty personalised product, please send us an image of the damage including your order number to [email protected] and we will then advise you on how to proceed.

For International faulty orders, please contact us for our return address and keep your postage receipt. As soon as we process the return we'll also refund your postage up to a value of £3 per KG.

If personalised orders are returned and found not to be faulty, then we will give you the option to pay for return postage to yourself or we will dispose of the item. No refund will be given for non-faulty items.

What will my sign look like?

If you would like to see a proof of your sign before it is engraved then please add this into your personalisation details or contact us via our website to request this. Please make sure that your email address and contact telephone number is correct in order for us to contact you. Any requested proofs with incorrect details so we are unable to contact you will either be cancelled or sent out as near to the image photos as possible. Depending on the size of plaque you have ordered and the requested amount of text, the images and text size may appear larger or smaller than the example images shown. We reserve the right to use our artistic judgement if no communication through Celebrate your way website has been received regarding the design of your sign.

Pyrite and Beveled edges in Slate signs:

As slate is a natural product the colour and shape may vary slightly between pieces. Each piece of slate may also have ridges and indents and contain Pyrite or 'Fools Gold' as it is commonly known. Pyrite may give the slate a gold appearance in places. These natural occurrences are not a defect in the product and may affect how the slate engraves. All slate signs are laser engraved and the colour that the engraving process reveals may differ on each piece of slate.

ALL OF OUR SLATE SIGNS ARE HAND CUT TO SIZE BY US SO WILL HAVE A BEVELED EDGE.

Covid - 19 Postal Disruptions 

Due to current postal delays worldwide due to Covid - 19 your parcel may be delayed. Royal Mail current guidelines are 10 working days for 1st class postage with Saturday deliveries being currently suspended. All overseas parcels are taking considerably longer than the advertised Royal Mail 7-14 working days and many courier services have been suspended. On average European and USA parcels are taking around 40 days until receipt.
