Personalised memorial with urn

This beautifully designed slate Memorial Urn holder is a fitting tribute to remember your loved ones. As this slate piece is engraved with a permanent mark it is suitable for outdoor use. Ideal to be placed in a flower bed, at a graveside or a memorial garden.
This memorial is designed to be lay on the ground with the urns dug into the ground to prevent the flowers r flower pots from being blown over. The urns are easily removed to be cleaned and filled with water.

Each plaque is custom made, designed and personalised to your requirements. Images can be added however there may be an additional artwork fee for this should it be an image that we do not have.

Each piece of slate is one complete piece with either one or two holes cut out where a urn can be placed to hold flowers or plants. Each piece of slate is hand cut so no two pieces will be the same and we can create a size appropriate for you.

If you would like a short inscription engraved then please select your preferred font option for engraving from image 5 and add your personalisation details in the 'personalisation' box not forgetting to include if you would like us to send a proof across of how your plaque will look before we commence engraving.

Single hole - 18 x 24cm comes with 1 urn
Double hole - 34 x 24cm comes with 2 urns

****PLEASE NOTE****
As slate is a natural product the colour and shape may vary slightly between pieces. Each piece of slate may also have ridges and indents and contain Pyrite or 'Fools Gold' as it is commonly known. Pyrite may give the slate a gold appearance in places. These natural occurrences are not a defect in the product and may affect how the slate engraves. The engraved mark left after the engraving process may differ between pieces. We do not colour infill or enhance our slate products.

If you would prefer your plaque without Pyrite then we also stock a premium quality slate which does not contain pyrite but does have more ridges on the surface. This is available at an extra cost. Quotes can be provided and a custom order set up for this option.
