This beautifully designed acrylic Memorial Plaque is a fitting tribute to remember your loved ones. As this plaque is engraved with a permanent mark it is suitable for indoor or outdoor use. Ideal to be placed in a flower bed or in a indoor pot.

Each plaque is custom made, designed and personalised to your requirements.

Our acrylic plaques are available in either a gold front with the text in black or with a silver front with the text in black.

Please select your preferred font option for engraving and add your 'personalisation details for the plaque in the 'Personalisation' box not forgetting to include if you would like us to send a proof across of how your plaque will look before we commence engraving. Please note that font option 1 with swirls is not available on these plaques due to the size and if this option is selected it will be without the swirls.
